Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to CodingRider ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "User", or "Student") and CodingRider regarding your access to and use of our website, courses, tutorials, practice quizzes, and interactive online code execution environments (collectively, the "Services").
By visiting our website, registering an account, or interacting with any of our educational tools, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately discontinue use of the Services.
Accounts, Registration & Security
While substantial portions of our educational content are publicly accessible without authentication, accessing personalized capabilities—such as saving lesson progress, recording quiz attempts, creating bookmarks, and maintaining profile settings—requires registering an account.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide a valid, functioning email address and true information during the OTP (One-Time Password) registration process.
- Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and session access.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities and submissions that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately via our Contact Page.
- One Individual per Account: Accounts are granted for individual use and must not be shared, pooled, or transferred among multiple people.
Intellectual Property & Content License
All content provided on CodingRider—including text tutorials, curriculum structure, diagrams, graphics, quizzes, UI design, branding, and logos—is the property of CodingRider or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Educational Code Snippets Policy
Code examples, syntax patterns, and demonstration snippets embedded inside lessons and compiler starter templates are provided for practical educational application. You are permitted to use, adapt, and incorporate these snippets into your personal, educational, or commercial projects without royalty fees or required attribution.
However, you may not systematically copy, scrape, mirror, redistribute, or republish complete course chapters, curriculum sets, or quizzes onto other platforms or websites without explicit prior written authorization from CodingRider.
Acceptable Use Policy
CodingRider aims to provide a welcoming, secure, and supportive ecosystem for programmers at all skill levels. In using our Services, you agree NOT to:
Online Code Compiler & Sandbox Rules
The CodingRider Online Code Compiler provides interactive browser-based and isolated cloud execution sandboxes for practice in Python, JavaScript, HTML, C, C++, C#, Java, PHP, and SQL. Because this tool executes live code, you agree to the following strict usage requirements:
- Educational Practice Only: The compiler is provided exclusively for testing snippets, algorithm practice, and learning language syntax. It is not a production backend or hosting service.
- No Remote Attacks or Scanning: You must not execute code that performs port scanning, network penetration testing, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) simulations, or connection attempts to unauthorized third-party hosts.
- No Cryptocurrency Mining: Running proof-of-work scripts, coin miners, or resource-hogging background tasks is strictly prohibited.
- Execution Quotas & Timeouts: Submissions are subject to automatic execution quotas, memory limits, and timeouts (typically 5 to 12 seconds). Scripts with infinite loops or memory bloat will be terminated automatically.
- Safety & Monitoring: Execution logs and anomalous patterns may be analyzed to safeguard platform health and prevent security abuse.
Student Submissions & Feedback
When you submit feedback, suggestion messages through our contact forms, bug reports, or practice responses, you grant CodingRider a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve course materials, correct typographical errors, and enhance platform functionality without compensation.
You retain full ownership of any original software applications, personal projects, or repositories you develop based on knowledge acquired on CodingRider.
Third-Party Services & External Links
Our lessons and documentation may contain hyperlinks to third-party resources, official programming documentation (such as Python.org, MDN Web Docs, or PHP.net), and isolated execution backends (such as Judge0 CE).
CodingRider does not endorse, control, or assume liability for third-party websites, privacy practices, or remote services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy statements of any external service you visit.
Educational Disclaimers & Warranties
The Services and all educational materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive for high accuracy and up-to-date best practices across our tutorials, software languages continuously evolve. CodingRider does not warrant that tutorial materials will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or that completion of any course guarantees employment or technical certification.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodingRider, its founders, contributors, and service partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of goodwill, system downtime, or code execution outcomes arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Termination
You may stop using CodingRider at any time. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account access with or without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in security abuse against our compiler, or conducted activities that disrupt other students' learning.
Upon termination, your rights to access member-only features (such as dashboard progress tracking) will cease immediately.
Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect additions to our curriculum, new interactive developer tools, or regulatory changes. When updates are published, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
Your continued access to the platform following the posting of updated Terms confirms your acceptance of those modifications.
